I totally agree with Earl.
Though, I think if people can justify partial birth abortion to themselves, this isn't going to change anything any.

But there is a significant group of people who shout a lot louder about the lobster than about premature babies..... Try to do to dogs what is done to unborn babies, and see how fast all the animal rights groups are down your neck! But doing peaceful sidewalk counseling outside abortion clinics will often get you hassled, and even arrested.

I suppose the same group that raised more money for the mountain lion kittens whose mother had killed the jogger near Folsom Lake in California, than was raised for the kids of the woman who got killed.

We're not heading the right direction on the issue of human life. We're all getting older, friends - it may not seem like a concern to you now, but the time is coming for each of us -- we're going to be a "useless eater" at some point. "Inasmuch as ye did it unto the least of these my brethren.....", and with the measure we mete out it will be meted out to us!

The findings are sure to heat up the abortion debate because this study indicates that a fetus can feel pain and show signs of distress; something that elevates them beyond the status of a lobster!

Technology presents new social, economic, and governmental problems. It is perhaps, the ultimate test of the human race. The Cold War, was just an introduction you might say.

I always wonder, if there are a bunch of fake liberals out in the universe that have quarantined the United States electronically and metaphysically, that they are "allowing us" to live by ourselves.

It is no different from when people say, "we shouldn't have invaded Iraq, you can't give people liberty, they have to earn it themselves". Maybe the people living outside our box, thinks we need to earn the right to survive.

I mean, presumably they survived their trials and tributions from technology. So perhaps they believe they are doing us a favor by letting us stumble around in the block.

From technology, to abortion, to the universe, to politics. Cosmopolitanism can never get back to parochialism.
