There’s still time to be part of a lovely 9/11 tribute
I wanted to remind you, if you haven’t already signed up, that there’s still time to be part of D.Challener Roe’s lovely tribute on the 5th Anniversary of 9/11. Roe is assigning to each volunteer the name of a 9/11 victim. The volunteer, in turn, undertakes to write a tribute to that victim and publish it on the volunteer’s blog on 9/11. Only 30% of the victim’s have been assigned (which is still a staggering and depressing 896 out of the 2,996 killed). It would be a real shame if the blogosphere couldn’t pull together 2,996 people of good to honor the people who were the first major casualities of World War III (or World War IV).
