Bottom line does not equal blogging line

If you’re wondering why I’ve been posting so slowly today, blame it on Don Quixote. He’s not only a friend, he’s also a colleague, and I’ve been helping him with a project. The project, frankly, is boring, but working with DQ is always a pleasure. I’ve also had a lot of other projects demanding my attention. It’s good for my bottom line, but not for my blogging line. Stay tuned, though, because I have hopes that I’ll have a peaceful work day tomorrow. Peaceful work days usually mean I get sleepy, a condition I alleviate by reading internet articles and news stories, and then working myself up into a blogging frenzy.

I feel your blogging pain. I was able to get a couple posts in after midnight last night!
Blogging frenzy!! Thanks for the laugh. I know it well. Not that I’m often able to get to it. Usually I just “think” about it while doing other things. Real life must come first. Don’t worry, we (your readers freeloading off your witty writing) won’t go away.
What do you find interesting and fun then in terms of projects, Book?
Y: Projects that are not lost causes, or projects that are so mindless I can listen to music or talk radio in the background. Busy little projects that require my full attention but that are unlikely to have a good outcome before the judge distress me.
Soka. (I see)
