It’s nice to see the shoe on the other foot

Mr. Bookworm often chastizes me for the fact that, when he comes home from work, I’m tense and short with the children. I explain that when no one listens, but everyone fights, my frustration level is very, very high. Tonight, because I have a big project to do, after I fixed dinner I left him with the children and the homework. I’m happy to report that, after only 15 minutes of this, he is now overwrought, tense and short with the children. Maybe the children won’t be the only ones to learn something from homework tonight.
