Just now ordered the book from an online seller after browsing the contents and several pages. Looks as though the authors are into much of what we are cooking these days. E.G., olives have been a large scale addition to our menu. We will have to adapt the recipe as SJSal and I have developed a severe sensitivity to wheat, so the crust will be toasted almond based (which tastes far better than wheat) . Just now ordered the book from an online seller after browsing the contents and several pages. Looks as though the authors are into much of what we are cooking these days. E.G., olives have been a large scale addition to our menu.

We will have to adapt the recipe as SJSal and I have developed a severe sensitivity to wheat, so the crust will be toasted almond based (which tastes far better than wheat) . We’ll let you know how it turns out when we get the book.

I actually don't like the cookbook very much, because the recipes are way too much work, but this particular recipe is quick, easy, delicious and, as it turns out, healthy. I can’t.
