However, if some 22 year old people do not buy health insurance because they think that they are healthy, I think we should garnish their wages for emergency coverage. Because if they get into a car accident, there are 2 other alternatives: letting them die or taxpayers picking up a tab. So, emergency insurance, just like car insurance, should be mandatory. Or they can deposit $30000 for it, again, just like for car insurance. Eric.
