In addition, they are completely under the control of the Chinese and it's the Chinese we have to change first, in order to accomplish anything. I think Darfur even sits above the Burmese on our priority list. And there are many things more important to our national government than even Darfur. So, we'll make the appropriate statements of moral support for the Burmese, but it's certain we won't do anything. It would be nice to do something that actually helps the Burmese people, but we have an ordered list of priorities and they are not (yet) close enough to the top.
