The other Weasel Watchers are keeping on top of things

I’m feeling mentally fragmented lately, with too many demands on my time (a theme you’ve seen popping up frequently in this blog).  Even worse, I’m not doing the “if you want to get something done, ask a busy person” deal, where I’m being massively efficient at everything.  Instead, I’m just sort of . . . well . . . functioning.

The latest manifestation of this mental degradation is that I completely forgot to vote this week over at the Watcher’s Council. Indeed, I even forgot to read the entries (depriving myself of one of my weekly pleasures), so I can’t give little summaries about the winners, as I usually like to do.  All I can do is assure you that, if the Council voted on them, they are good. So, without further comment, here are the winners:

This week’s first place winner on the Council side is Courts v. Terrorism = Wile E. Coyote v. Road Runner by Big Lizards.  Second place went to Soccer Dad for Unsex me . . . not (which is a great post title).

On the non-Council side, first place went to A Great Shifting of the Winds by Eternity Road, and second place was awarded to Thompson goes electric…. at Real Clear Politics.

My apologies to you, my fellow Council members, for having treated you so cavalierly this week.
