This means cars don't have an opportunity to make turns so they run red lights. Cops should shoot to kill the drivers, especially bus drivers, who run red lights going straight, just because they know no one is going to stop them. But the city doesn't do any traffic enforcement at all downtown even though it would provide a boundless revenue stream for them.
