Just fascinating. As someone who lives, not only in one of the most expensive states in America, but in one of the most expensive parts of this State, this really resonated. If only it weren’t for the gloriously temperate climate here, something that, for me, is worth a fairly huge sum of money.

I’m not really surprised at that article. I grumble about California’s taxes but I’m willing to pay the premium. My weather is a touch more intemperate than yours. But then again my view is like having your own personal Ansel Adams daily photograph.
