It just doesn't smack of a very high level of awareness. I am very pleased to hear that there are some counter-protesters there supporting our marines. I think that these code pink folks relegated themselves to a comic relief role quite a while ago. But, I live in Texas, so I can afford to laugh at the west coast antics. My deepest sympathies to all who have been humiliated by the city of Berkeley. There was no way to have discourse - they were shouting on and on about how they had no free speech as they freely protested with at least a dozen news vans and several helicopters covering them. I also got shoved by a cop - they were clearly on the side of the protesters. Just disgusting.
