Speaking of blasts from the past

In the post immediately preceding this one, I wrote about a song sending me tumbling back into a moment of time from my own past. This post is about the discovery of a really beautiful photo from someone else’s past — Helen Keller’s, to be specific. It turns out that a brand new old photograph, one never seen before, has suddenly emerged from the pages of an old photo album, showing Helen Keller in 1888, at age 8, with Anne Sullivan, her beloved teacher.
