A couple of quick picks

I’m still gathering my thoughts here (and I took some time out to make a hot and sour soup for lunch), but I do have a couple of quick picks for you in the meantime.
First, I’d like to direct your attention to Random Thoughts, which is hosting Purim edition of Haveil Havalim, a collection of links that appeal to those interested in Jewish and Israeli issues. It’s a fantastic collection of material, and is well worth checking out, especially since it links to some of the best Jewish and Israeli sites in the blogosphere.
As you may recall, I took umbrage at Noah Feldman’s effort to whitewash sharia law. I wasn’t the only one, and the Posthumous Luger has a very nice attack on Feldman’s ridiculous statements about adultery under sharia law.
