Something good comes out of the UK

As the mother of growing children, this strikes me as a brilliant idea.

“Something good comes out of the UK”
There are other good things coming out of the UK as well.
Child: “Mommy, it’s the ice cream truck! The ice cream truck! Mommee, mommee, mommee!”
Mommy: “I’m sorry, Jimmy. Remember last week, when you wanted to go swimming and couldn’t, because the city pool was reserved for Muslim men only? Well, today is Ice Cream Muslim Day. Only Muslims get to buy ice cream today.”
Child: “Drat! Can we go to WalMart for the new SuperVue game?”
Mommy: “Hmmm, let me see…” (Pretends to look it up in a book) “No, Jimmy, I’m sorry, this is Muslim SuperVue day today, too. You can keep playing with the games I bought you last month.”
Child: “Drat!”
Mommy: “Well, I need to get dinner ready. We’re having liver and onions, and broccoli tonight!”
Child: “No! I don’t wanna! I don’t wanna! I want burgers and fries!”
Mommy: “Jimmy! Every so often you just have to accept when it is Only Muslims Don’t Eat Liver And Onions and Broccoli Day. It’s the government child, and you have to obey. We just have to accept it! Now, get ready for dinner!”
Child: “Drat!”
I’ll take any help I can get with the shoes. My 10 yr. old has already zoomed right by his dad in shoe size. He looks like he’s walking on a couple of pirogue’s, poor boy.
He also looks like a rooster trying to wear socks…if the are long enough for his foot (man sized) they are invariably way too wide (too big of a diameter I guess I should say) for his little boy skinny ankles and lower legs.
It’s hard work not to giggle at the sight of it.
It seems that, if the EU has its way, there just won’t be an England wherefrom good things can come pretty soon: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2008/04/23/nmap123.xml&CMP=ILC-mostviewedbox
Whoops! That last post was thanks to smalldeadanimals.com – a great source of info and commentary from the plains of Sasketchewan, don’tcha know, eh.
Whoa, maybe my last post didn’t post – let’s try again.
Maybe there won’t be an England for much longer anyhoo – see this link:

Oceania anybody?
The reason why 5000 can control 450 million is because of “majority rules”.
