You ain't kidding.  Since 2000, I have seen so many communities I've been involved in at one point or another break up.  The demographics would change in a given area and suddenly all the people I knew moved away.  

You are, indeed, blessed Mrs. Bookworm because you are one of the very few people I know who still live in and through a friendly community.  And may you receive many more blessings!</description>
