Obama is correct, the campaign should be about McCain “losing his bearings”, and about McCain advocating the 100 year war in Iraq. Or so Obama has distorted McCain’s comments. Obama learned his way in the rough-and-tumble of Chicago politics, where “nice” is just a word in the dictionary. I only wish that he would reserve some of the nastiness he is beginning to exhibit on this year’s campaign trail towards such as Hugo, ImaDinnerJacket, and Nasrallah.
Obama’s mantra seems to be : if you are an enemy of Israel and the US, I will be nice to you, but if you are my political opponent, I will do whatever it takes to destroy you. Look what happened to all his opponents, beginning with his first race for the Illinois legislature. Obama knows how to bare-knuckle it. After all, that’s the way it’s done in Chicago.

For someone who talks a lot, Obama sure has a long list of things that aren’t to be talked about. Pretty soon we won’t be able to ask anything. I suspect the next thing will be that we can’t actually ask him about something he just said. Wait a minute I think he already pulled that one.
