And when a mushroom cloud appears over Tel Aviv, the Democrat party will try to "round up the usual suspects" including Bush, Haliberton, the US oil companies, and Tom Delay.
I guess the most interesting discussion to overhear in the next calendar year would be Amadinijad and whoever is running Al Quida now as to who gets to use the first bomb they make. Wouldn't that make an interesting Off Broadway play.

Sounds like we really need B. Hussein Obama to go talk with them ... with no preconditions, of course.

Since 1979, the Tehran regime has used over-reach as a mainstay in its successful handling of the rest of the world.

Who's to say when the eventual blowback occurs?

It makes perfect sense to me.

This strategy would have worked for Saddam Hussein except that he miscalculated on a Republican President coming to power. This time, a Democrat President is in the offing (if you believe the MSM), so the Iranians will not only be able to ignore the U.S., but if they play their cards right, get $-billions in "aid" from the U.S. in the bargain (ref. NoKo)...plus multiple apologies for having offended Iran's sensibilities, of course.
