It is interesting to me that 500 of the 1200 employees are going to have to take a day off from work that they're utterly uninterested in. Many of them, as wage earners, likely hold a deeply honored commitment to Labor Day. Those who do will be absolutely outraged that they will be forced to take a day off for a Muslim holiday while having lost one of their own most sacrosanct days.
