I view it as an issue of “the culture of life” vs “the culture of death”, and for me, a million abortions per year is a sign of a culture of death.

Both Clintons have stated – and most Democrats tend to state – that they’d like to see abortion be “safe, legal, and rare”, but as far as I can tell they’ve done absolutely nothing on the “rare” front. I’ll make a statement: “I want all Americans to be safe and wealthy beyond all imagining”, but simply making such a statement does nothing about making it true.

There was an ad campaign during the Reagan years revolving around the phrase “Life – What a Beautiful Choice”. That was a wise, generous, and incredible campaign. I wish it would return.

Sounds like a baby to me. I had a link to an article about the number of girl babies that are killed in China…can’t find it at the moment. The numbers are staggering. They’re talking about abortions due to the sex of the child, but just as many full term babies that are abandoned, drowned, or smothered.
