Happy Birthday to the junior service.
I have always said that if you can’t make it as a Naval Aviator, the Air Force is the next best thing.
(Confession: the beloved older cousin who took me for my first plane ride and inspired me to aspire to be a military aviator was Army Air Corps/U.S. Air Force)
Happy B’day to the Air Force — where the enlisted send their officers off to war.
