Is he saying to them that there will be an incident during the first six months of an Obama presidency that The One will have to respond to in a way that THEY will not like - ie w/military power - but to hang in there because he really hates doing it? Or is he saying to a larger audience that he would respond in a spineless manner, but to hang in there? I rather think it's the former. What do you think?
