Well, there is "selfish", and then there is "selfish"

Obama gets his best jollies off by lecturing you and me about selfishness. "Am I not my brothers' keeper?" he intonates in that rollingly hypnotic tone of his. We all have a responsibility to each other, he tells us.

Well, if that's so, then shouldn't you live by what you preach?

Let's consider Barack Obama's brother. Barack has been to Kenya and visited his family. He must have visited this brother, who lives on $1 per day in extreme poverty, in a shack. Barack, worth his millions, certainly could have been his *own* brother's keeper, couldn't he? How 'bout doublin' your brother's living standards with a gift of 365 bucks there, Obama? Your brother's keeper. Certainly not in the literal sense, that's for sure! You sanctimonious, hypocritical creep.

And then there is Aunt Zeituni, who he met in Africa. She now lives in one of the worst of Boston slums, in a tenement with no hot water. She has lived in deep poverty for years. "Am I not my brothers' keeper?" intones the Messiah...

Well, let's take an excerpt from "Dreams From My Father". It's way more effective hearing Barack intone the audio:
OBAMA: If Jane or Zeituni ever felt ill, if their companies ever closed or laid them off, there was no government safety net. There was only family, next of kin, people burdened by similar hardship. Now I was family, I reminded myself. Now I had responsibilities.

Let me reemphasize that last part: Now I was family, I reminded myself. Now I had responsibilities.

Gee, it sure looks like you took those responsibilities with Aunt Zeituni seriously! I wonder how Jane is doing? In all your discussions with former-terrorist, radical educationalist William Ayers, did you mention Aunt Zeituni or Jane? When Bernardine Doern got done telling you about the Manson family doing that cool thing with the fork in Sharon Tate's stomach, did you bring it up? Did you discuss them with Reverend Wright, or was that a little too practical and concrete for a Black Liberation Theology discussion?

Sanctimonious, hypocritical creep. Possibly soon to be in charge of all of us with his vast array of "investment" programs.

His "investments" of all those huge programs, paid for by massive appropriations of taxes, will have two purposes only: To reelect him in 2012, and to further his ideology. Certainly not to actually help anyone. He didn't help his brother, he didn't help Aunt Zeituni, and he probably hasn't lifted a finger for Jane either. Comrade Obama cares only about his ideology and himself.
