For those who followed him, I’m very sorry to say that fairly good authority reports that Bill Faith, who blogged at Bill’s Bites and Old War Dogs, passed away. I’m hoping that, as with Mark Twain, reports of Bill’s death have been greatly exaggerated, but he was in ill health, so I’m not too optimistic.

The San Francisco Boys Chorus and the San Francisco Girls Chorus are heading to D.C. to sing at the inauguration. I had the opportunity to hear them perform yesterday at San Francisco City Hall, and their singing is just beautiful…….
