Once again, the Council has voted.  As happens every week, I’m willing to bet that my fellow Council members had as much difficulty as I did ranking the top posts.  It’s not a matter of separating wheat from chaff; it’s a matter of separating wheat from wheat.  I think the results are just right.  If you read the posts, see if you agree with our take on the matter:
