Drat that brilliant, insightful, incredibly well-informed Wolf Howling, with his almost uncanny ability to synthesize complex facts and present them in a lucid manner.  If it weren’t for his almost unearthly skills, I could have had complete domination at the Watcher’s Council.  (Cue maniacal laughter, ending with a choked off scream.)  As it is, I came in second to the Wolf, which is a pretty good position on its own.  Here are the complete results (and if you follow this link, you can see the Watcher’s commentary, tying all the threads together):
