I’m showing my age, but I just had to listen to the Bee Gees, and I think this is one of their best:
UPDATE: Ask and you shall receive:
And yes, I agree, this was one of the greatest songs the disco era produced, although I would be remiss to ignore The Village People’s YMCA, which is one of the most danceable pieces of music ever written:

I always did like the songs from that album more than Saturday Night Fever.
Nights On Broadway, Jive Talkin’, Fanny Be True To My Love.
Showing my age too! Though in truth that album came from my sister’s collection, and she was six years older. ‘Twas her turntable, too.
I’m such a nerd but I love those guys – their sound is just great!
Hey, BW, it WAS their best! I never really understood why the “Rock” crowd poo-poo’d disco so much. [Afraid it would crowd-out those over-rated Beatles or something, kids?] I still enjoy listening to it at times — and still love Rock. As that poet, sage & philosopher Rodney King famously asked, “Can’t we all just…” Enjoyed watching/listening.
I remember in the early 60s when most of us thought the Bee Gees were just wannabe Beatles; close but no cigar.
But waiting for their moment sure paid off. The Brothers Gibb were perfect for disco, and I think they lent that genre a kind of class and legitimacy that helped give it a damned good four or five-year run.
Of course it didn’t hurt that the universe, which is totally random and has no meaning, blindly and spontaneously produced the utterly perfect disco man at exactly the moment disco and the Bee Gees collided: the greatest cock of the walk ever, Mr. Strut himself, John Travolta.
Greetings:
When it comes to disco, there is only Gloria Gaynor’s “I Will Survive”.
Not to be too negative, I had a cassette tape of the BeeGees first greatest hits album on my tour of duty and played it to death.
I agree that “I Will Survive” is THE disco song of all time.
Sorry, when I think of the Bee Gees, this always comes to mind:
