Should Obama respond in a manner which would show the US leaning toward the opposition, why, in the future he’d be taken to task for providing support for whatever maniacal loons come to power. Can’t have that, now can we? No, the conciliatory approach is always best. It worked for dJimmuh Carter, didn’t it?

Grim mentioned that if you want justice, you had better get out on the streets, as in Iraq, and grab it for yourself. For certainly the government ain’t going to give it to you because you feel entitled to it.

The Declaration of Independence wasn’t made good by UN Resolutions. It was backed by belief. A strong enough faith that accepts death and killing in its stead. Deeds before words.

The Tree of Liberty is watered by the blood of tyrants and patriots.

Now people eventually got tired of this and settled on the rule of law to mediate differences in an objective or non-biased manner. But as we have seen, there is less and less rule of law, and more and more rule of Obama.

Why should we be surprised by any of this? I’m remembering that during the (interminable) campaign, we were told that OBVIOUSLY he could handle the Presidency….after all, just look what an incredibly well-run and successful Presidential Campaign he had conducted, so far.

And THAT was the extent of the experience at leadership that we were offered, BY HIS TEAM…..

So, given that, as well as his background as a Chicago pol, there is absolutely nothing that has “surprised” me so far.

Made me crazy? Yeah. Infuriated me? Oh, yeah! Scared the bejabbers out of me? Indeed. But, no surprise.
