Good ad, bad ad in health care

A Weekly Standard article contrasts the fact that pro-ObamaCare ads attack opponents, while anti-ObamaCare ads attack ObamaCare. I know which I believe is a more effective approach. While people in politics believe politics is everything, ordinary people care, not about process, but about product.

The differing approaches remind me of the old legal adage: If you have the facts, argue the facts [which is what Republicans are doing]; if you have the law, argue the law [which is what Republicans are doing]; and if you have neither fact nor law, pound the table [which is what Democrats are doing].

Funny thing is that I believe the righteous anger we see at Tea Parties has less to do with Republicans and more to do with Independents and newly aroused Reagan Democrats. The Obama-Fascists are really missing the mark in their counterattacks, here.
