Another hidden conservative found in Marin

I’m pleased to announce that I discovered, purely by accident, that one of my neighbors is a Republican.  She thought she was the only one in the neighborhood; I thought I was the only one.  Now we’re two, and wondering if there are more.

An out of closet moment, sorta, like.
Book, you really know how to make me laugh! 😉

Now you have to work on secret hand signals and message drops.

Y’know, if you cross the bridge (Richmond-San Rafael), you’ll find more of us on the other side. :)

That is heartening to know, March Hare. I do know some of you live beyond the Caldecott Tunnel, but Berkeley sits like a giant malevolent toad, channeling Leftist energy through the East Bay.

Obama would call this the formation of a terrorist cell.

Oh my gosh, Y! You’re absolutely right.

  • Charles Martel

Book, have you been reading Robin from Berkeley on American Thinker? She’s the psychotherapist who’s a recovering liberal and has been writing some excellent essays about the recovery process.

She reminds me a bit of you in terms of her escape from The World’s Dullest Form of Lunacy, although you are much further down the road than she.

Anyway, it’s nice to know that the Bay is now flanked by two very strong conservative professional women whose thinking and writing skills are like a buzz saw when it comes to the “thinking” of the Helens and Ozzies of the world.

Not only have I been reading Robin’s writing, Charles, but at a secret, undisclosed location, on an equally secret date, I’ll be having lunch with her. I’m very much looking forward to meeting her and hearing her story.

  • Charles Martel

Awright! Joy to my mind brings the thought of my two favorite Bay Area lady commentators sipping tea together!

  • Ymarsakar

I’m scared of the women power movement here. The chadors and burkas would make it worse, not better.

I have a freedom from fear. Obama promised me that.
