First the Brits want to cover their arses by telling the infidels to cover their mouths. Of course, to do so means flexibility like a Chinese acrobatic troupe - bending over backwards until they are able to kiss their own butts. The irony of all this is that if the British Home Office had not sent out the 5 page memo, there would have been hell to pay for the lack of insensitivity of a 10 hour fast.
