Just one flat nonplussed look. Hackett appeared on the show and was standing next to Sullivan trying to get a response from him with a joke. He finally gave up and said, "someone forgot to tell Ed that he died". Book Shag bands were the 'rage' here in the states several years ago. I don't know what they were called other than disgusting and appalling advertising of sexual promiscuity. Gringo
