Maybe time for some detective work? Somebody must know _something_ to start with. IP adress?

Which of course brings up another thought…I don’t really participate in many blogs to any extent, for various reasons. Those in which I _do_ participate, I feel a certain connection to those who also participate.

And of course, we don’t know who we are – other than our online identifiers. So…when someone disappears, we don’t know why. Lost interest? computer breakdown? personal tragedy?

Now…that’s just a statement. I don’t really know where to go from there – I just know that there have been some “disappearances” that I feel I’d like to follow up on – but then you don’t have the right to intrude on someone’s privacy…

All I know is that is that it leaves me with a feeling of incompleteness. Or something.
