I am a Navy vet, my father served in the Air Force, my uncles in the Army and I lost an uncle in the Battle of the Buldge. My son served two tours in Iraq driving a Bradley and thankfully he is home. Our nation has lost the tradition of generational military service and for those who do serve, we often fail to show them the honor or respect they deserve. This is just an idea, but it would be a wonderful gesture of thanks if companies would give veterans a day off on Veterans' Day. Thank you for sharing this with us.
