Separated at birth

I hadn’t been playing close attention so, when I saw a famous Olympic athlete interviewed on TV, I got confused. You tell me whether or not this is a case of separated at birth:

Carrot Top:
Although I will freely concede that White is much more wholesome looking and seems like an all-around nicer (and more accomplished) guy.
