Ladies, buy your burqas now

Health care “reform” is the beginning, not the end. This is how it goes:
1. Health care “reform” passes.
2. America’s wealth collapses.
3. America’s military, because it’s unfunded, collapses.
4. Radical Islamists see their opening.
Ladies, buy your burqas now.
By the way, apropos my earlier post about the fact that reconciliation is a sham, aimed at inducing reluctant House members to pass the Senate bill, at which point all efforts to massage the bill end, get a load of the fact that Nancy is floating a free standing abortion bill. Like that’s going to happen. Again, it’s a herring of the red kind swimming by.
You know who I’m really mad at right now? About 40% of the American voters. You see, the vast majority of those who voted for Obama and the Democrats weren’t true believers. Instead, they were just people who were (a) easily led by a corrupt media; (b) enjoying the quick fix of voting for a black-ish man; and (c) ready for a change. All of those are appallingly bad reasons to do with they did to America. But I guess a country gets the government it deserves. What’s always sad, of course, is that the people who opposed the stupid vote and who had imagined a good life for their children, are going to get whacked just as badly.

Take my wife, please…(not really, as I love her). I don’t press her on these matters, but she’s too proud to admit a mistake in voting for Obama and even as she disapproves of some outcomes, cannot or will not connect cause and effect between policies and consequences. Much easier to ignore (just stick to the NYT), deny (success in Iraq), or blame (Bush’s economic policies). How on earth did that moronic and divisive George Bush manage to pass major bipartisan legislation with such opposition, while our super genius beloved post-partisan charismatic leader has failed with a massive Democratic majority? Talk about cognitive dissonance.
Oh, cheer up — it’s not all that bad. If all else fails, we can sell ourselves to the Chinese. We might lose a few tens of millions to excess geneoristy in the form of premature organ donation, and those left would of course live under the lash, but the Chinese do know how to handle radical Islam, so that would not be a problem. (“Smiles everyone, smiles!” as Ricardo Montalban used to say.)
If only we had better Republicans, though, we could afford not to care so much if some nitwit liberal wanted to pass a giant program to destroy the country, but on a time-delay so that it wouldn’t really take effect until shortly after the Republicans would have regained control and have it dismantled.
Stiff upper lip, Book. It isn’t time to despair yet.
“Thus is it spoken – oft hope is born, when all is forlorn” – Legolas in Lord of the Rings.
If Obama succeeds in destroying America, I think a civil war is as plausible a scenario as Muslims taking over.
I don’t know what will happen as no one can tell the future, and who knows Obama may fail , but I am pretty sure Obama is the Cloward Piven Candidate.
Cloward Piven Strategy in short;
»…The strategy of forcing political change through orchestrated crisis…. …the “Cloward-Piven Strategy” seeks to hasten the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse…»
>>…thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse…»>>
At which point, a national emergency is declared, and the current Executive Officer – the President – automatically assumes all _sorts_ of powers he wouldn’t otherwise constitutionally have.
Whenever an emergency happens, the Democrats use it to take more control of the nation. Thus there’s all types of extremists that need to be gotten rid of, the drug war to fight, and somewhere along the way sacrifices must be made, grandmas are made to take pain pills until convenient death arrives, and the American people lose their hard won liberty.
That doesn’t happen because there was an accident and the Democrats just happened to take advantage of a situation they had no knowledge of. The planning, strategy, and successful plans happen because people were aware of those events in the first place, because they themselves engineered it.
The variation on creating a disaster and taking advantage of it can be implicitly proven by how effective, fast, and decisive the resolution is. Thus, Bush’s getting stone walled at the UN over Iraq becomes implicit proof that 9/11 was not engineered to serve as a pretext to invade Iraq. There are easier and more effective ways to fabricate a pretext to invade a Middle Eastern nation.
When applied against Obama, the economic meltdown came just a month before elections and the continued economic burn rate continues months after Obama reigns supreme. These are not coincidences.
You should add a number 6) All technological advancement grinds to a halt.
As for those Obama voters, I think a sizeable portion of them probably voted for him so they could feel good about voting for a black man. Part of that silly desire to have the ‘world’ think well of us.
