Don't think you can push them into the extreme verge of desperation and fear, and then believe they will accept whatever you deem fitting for their fate. They will fight. If they do not, they will die under the hands of the Leftist totalitarian Utopia or the Islamic Caliphate or any number of other organizations. In so far as creating a methodology for ascertaining the motivations behind violence is useful, it is useful to lead the sheep off a cliff, into the adoring hands of the All Father-Mother Government. The Left, whether it is by their guilt at creating rampant revolutionary ideology and memetic viruses, or because of their unstable, unjust, corrupt, and megalomaniac obsessed leadership style, create violent rampages where ever they exist. People with autonomous wills decide for themselves what method will gain their self-chosen goal. The Left, regardless of their free will hating Utopia, still must accede to the reality of human will. They just do so by providing weapons of destruction to those likely to use them. Whether this is like AQ using suicide bombers or AQ using 'volunteers' and then detonating their vehicle with the occupant unaware and still inside, is rather meaningless. Both can and has been used by the Left. Their agents can self-destruct willfully, as seen before, or they can do so at the control of the oligarchical Leftist robber barons.   In all spheres of human existence, crime always requires opportunity and capability. Without either opportunity or capability, crime cannot happen. The Left's social engineering efforts reduce the ability of society to resist crime, making criminal acts successful where before individual citizens could have suppressed the crime. It doesn't matter what ideology the criminal has, when the Left empowers criminal violence against citizens and reduces the ability of a citizen to defend them self from external powers, such as the Leftist totalitarian bent. The Left also reduces the prosperity and wealth of a nation, generating greater opportunity for crime and desperation. When one class thinks it right to redistribute wealth to themselves, theft, crime, and murder become all the more normal and accepted. When violence is approved for one goal, it becomes easier to approve greater levels of violence.   The Revolutionary philosophers such as Marx, provide the germ of chaos that then gets molded by the twisted minds of the Lenins and Stalins into mass graves. It's a refinement process, not necessarily a straight line between A and B. The correlation, however weak, still continues to manifest, however. It would be natural for criminals to seek justification for their chaotic and law breaking behavior from revolutionary idealists. Criminals first and foremost justify everything they do as right, because of the 'wrong' did to them by somebody else.   The normal human psyche requires a justification to kill, because there is a certain level of cognitive dissonance when a human utilizes violence. Our evolutionary processes have programmed us with at least a basic sense of the need for social cooperation in the pursuit of self and species survival. People that can go from full social affability, to killing in less than 5 seconds, are lethal weapons and may not even be thought of as normal humans anymore. Some of them are serial killers. Others are warriors or civilians. Serial killers get the most press because they tend to need to use their abilities a lot, given no societal limitation. Others, people that kill just as well if not better than the most efficient serial killers, have a solid internal integrity holding them together within the confines of greater societal writs. The serial killer can kill and feel no remorse because he cares nothing for society or cooperation, thus can violate the normal social compact at will. Others require excuses or rage or justifications to kill, for the same reason.   The threat from somebody that needs excuses to kill is real. But compared to the threat potential from people who don't need an excuse to kill, is negligible. A person that can handle the worst serial killers, without the need for government, police, or military aid, has little reason to bow their knees to the liberal freaks in return for guarantees of 'protection'.
