    If you thought the headline was an eye catcher ….I’ve caught the theme by the writer Tom Brandt. OY…couldn’t he have just said we’re screwed.

    Funny headline for a college O-bot rag. The author was clever, but his conclusions were all wrong in that Republicans stood firm in stiff opposition while Democrats vogued with flacid indignation. Pity Bob Dole was not a Democrat; he had an effective deflation treatment.
