(by the way - it looks like that case might have gone off half cocked - the judge in the case is still pondering the necessity of holding the participants as prisoners, saying that "all I hear is big talk - no proof of any actions - and free speech is protected even if it is threatening.  Prosecution naturally says they can't tell all at this point.)
