Watcher’s Winners for 10/8/10
Another week, another round of sterling Watcher’s Council submissions that received appropriate honors. And speaking of appropriate honors, please check out the link for this week’s Watcher’s Council winners, since the Watcher has put up a lovely tribute to Medal of Honor winner Staff Sgt. Rob J. Miller. The only thing I want to add is that I truly wish the military would honor more living heroes. It is painful to be left with the impression that only the good die young. The fact is that a lot of the good engage in tremendous acts of bravery, and then are able to return home to their loved ones and enjoy a long, happy life:
