Tax and Spend. This is a misnomer. They never tax first then spend. It’s more like we spent and this is what you owe and then some. When these dollar burning libs get sent to the market, er uh, the Legislature, really it’s like siging as a cosigner on an American Express Card for someone who has no obligation or interest to pay it off with their money.
