Generally, in the Navy, we do 50 pushups for each 100K. So I just did 100 pushups. (But you have 1000 to do. You can spread them out. Over an hour or so. . . )
She’ll be needing a couple of weeks, not hours.
One of my friends did 200 burpees (with push-ups) in 20 minutes. And he’s not even a SEAL.
