You are assuming that the guy actually in the White House is a better choice? At least Biden, as a “clean” white man, would not have the racial guilt vote that I suspect is what caused many to vote for Obama the first time, and which the media seems to be trying (in vain it seems) to stir up again.
I’m sorry, but what is new? Manic clowns have been running the White House for almost four years, now. Joe’s performance was totally in line with their overall professional demeanor. Watch a Chicago City Council meeting some time, you’ll get the idea.
Do I feel MORE nervous? No. The debate simply showed Slow Joe, the bloviating fool. Slow Joe was just being Slow Joe.
Similarly, the first Romney-Obama debate simply showed the Obama the recycler of worn out talking points. The Obama doll has a set speech or two, and that is all you get when you pull the string. Obama was just being Obama. That’s all there is, folks.
I could bring myself to worry about it, were the status quo something less atrocious than what it is.
Neither Barack nor Joe has the intelligence, focus, or temperament for executive management. Speeches? Sure. Daily details? These will effectively be driven mostly by power players (Jarrett, Big Bird) and other staff. Each of these clowns is not so much counseled as manipulated. So, six of one, half-dozen of the other.
Wasn’t the point of Obama picking Biden in the first place?
