This is obviously some workplace humor, but it so perfectly describes Washington, D.C. under the Democrats’ aegis..practice is when everything works but no one knows why….
I am reminded of a story one of my engineering profs told us about his working for a big engineering and construction firm. He was given the assignment of calculating the height of a tower for a chemical plant. After performing various calculations, he handed in his work. A secretary remarked that she had gotten a similar result. How did you get that result, the engineering Ph.D. asked the secretary.
“We had a picture of a similar plant and I measured the height of a similar tower with a man standing next to it.”
Any way you can.
With Democrats, whether something works is irrelevant. The intentions are all important.
