The article focuses on David Addington who was legal counsel and chief of staff to Vice President Dick Cheney. Addington drafted memorandums on many of the Administration’s policies that the liberals harped about at the time. A favorite target of the Left and also one of the US officials charged with international war crimes in a Spanish court.
