		<description><![CDATA[Mattis is just the latest, there was a particularly interesting massacre of brass back in late September through October.  The most interesting one to my mind is Gaouette, because the Navy just absolutely will not say a word about it.  Not a word.  Crazy theories abound, and they won&#039;t bother to even contradict them just to get control over some of the wilder stuff.  To my mind, very interesting, the more so in the light of the folder full of commendations and awards he&#039;d amassed.  Interesting.]]></description>
