Now that’s a guard dog!!

Got a funny email that Zhombre forwarded to me:

I got a new guard dog to guard my house. He was a little more than I thought I should pay. But, I think when word gets out, we’ll be a relatively crime-free neighborhood.

The nice part is he is only a year old and already fully trained.

For your safety, you might want to call the house if you’re coming over!

Guard dog 2
Guard dog 3
Guard dog 4
Guard dog 5
Guard dog 6
Guard dog 7
Guard dog 8

The email ends by saying “If you delete this without sending it to at least one friend, you’re probably a Democrat.”

I would say something different: “Be careful not to send this to your Democrat friends, because they’ll probably report you to the police for cruelty to animals.”

Love this…do read Robert Crais’ new book, Suspect.   I am not a dog owner but his newest book, and this post make me want to be.  Check out the Crais book…dog lovers will love it; those ignorant of dogs will want to become a dog owner/friend.

Second pmccarthy on the Robert Crais book, Suspect.  Robert Crais is the author of the Elvis Cole/Joe Pike books, who are not mentioned in Suspect.

Here’s hoping Scott, Maggie, and Joyce return in a new novel.

I’m not normally a dog person, but for this one, I’ll make an exception. Too funny!

I imagine these photos would cause heads to explode were they to be used in an article by the UK’s Daily Mail. Occasionally its website has pictures of Americans with guns, irresponsibly posed to elicit readers’ horror, between countless pieces about cute animals.
