[VIDEO] An outstanding salsa trio on Dancing With The Stars

Although I’ve been watching Dancing With The Stars this season, I haven’t blogged about it. This salsa, though, is worth writing about.

Dancing With The Stars Lindsay Arnold Corbin Bleu Jordan FisherBecause this season of Dancing With The Stars coincided with a change in my migraine medicine, the slightly lower energy that change produced has meant that, while I’m watching Dancing With The Stars this season, I’m not blogging about it. Last night, however, produced one of the best dances I’ve ever seen. Not only that, it’s one of the most fun dances I’ve ever seen, so I wanted to share it with you.

Here’s what you need to know:

Jordan Fisher is a young, home-schooled, mixed-race young man, raised by his grandparents, with a background in gymnastics and musical theater. He has a darling personality, a great work ethic, and is the stand-out dancer in a strong season.

Jordan is partnered with Lindsay Arnold, a pro who has yet to win the coveted Mirror Ball on behalf of her star. Over the years, she has turned into a phenomenal choreographer — imaginative and energetic.

Lastly, because this is a trio dance, there’s Corbin Bleu, another multi-talented, mixed-race, endearing young man who was the runner-up a few seasons ago (and who ought to have won, in my opinion). Corbin and Jordan seem like two halves of the same whole.

So, take two charming, multi-talented young men who are natural dancers, add in a gorgeous dancing choreographer . . . and you get this completely enjoyable salsa:

Aside from being fun to watch, the above video is a reminder that, when Hollywood sticks to its job, which is entertainment, it can still produce an enjoyable product.
