This week at the Watcher’s Council
It’s time again for me to have the privilege of reading and then voting upon the myriad Council and non-Council submissions at the Watcher’s Council. I commend them all to your attention but, rather unusually for me (indeed, I think this is a first), I’m going to highlight one that I especially urge you to read: Buckhorn Road, the first of the non-Council submissions. I wonder if this one will affect you as profoundly as it did me.
