An utterly shattering video about the moral depravity of students at UC Berkeley
Cal is my alma mater, something that I find to be a perpetual embarrassment. It was bad in the 1970s and 1980s. It’s infinitely worse in the second decade of the 20th century. Watch what happens when a man waves an ISIS flag on campus and then compare it with the reactions when he waves the Israeli flag.
You know that expression “I spit up a little bit in my mouth,” which people use to give a graphic image of their disgust? I didn’t do that. After seeing this video, I wanted to do the full vomit:
Just tonight, I told a conservative friend of mine that Israel is the ultimate moral litmus test of our time. That doesn’t necessarily mean it’s the most important issue of our time, although I think it’s easily in the top three. Nevertheless, its importance arises from the fact that it provides a bright line when it comes to determining who the moral, decent people are in our world today. (And as you ponder that, ponder the fact that, barring the reprehensible Pat Buchanan or Ron Paul schools of conservativism or libertarianism, mainstream conservatives and Republicans are staunchly pro-Israel, while Progressives and Democrats — as exemplified by the students at UC Berkeley — have become increasingly rabid in their hostility to Israel and increasingly generous their support for radical Islamic nations, sects, and terrorist organizations.)
If you support Palestine or other radical Islamic nations or causes, you are directly supporting genocidal, racist, homophobic, misogynistic, antisemitic, anti-Christian, anti-American, anti-Western, incredibly violent, sadistic regimes. Ask yourself what that says about you. I can assure you without any hesitation that you would be the same person who would have supported Stalin in the 1930s, Hitler in the 1930s and 1940s, and Genghis Khan in the 12th and 13th centuries. You are a person utterly bereft of any decency or morality, and this is true no matter how you try to use the battle cries of “imperialism” and “oppression” to dress up your perverse cultural predilections and moral vacuum.
Israel is not perfect, but only a moral cretin could deny that she has a classically liberal, democratic, free, and open society, dedicated to the rights of all individuals, regardless of race, color, creed, religion, sex, gender identification, and country of national origin. If you stand against Israel, you stand against those values. You are a moral reprobate.
It’s telling, isn’t it, that the world is once again divided by those supporting monotheistic justice and those worshiping at Baal’s altar? Jews suffered terrible travails in Biblical times, but ultimately it was the Jews who managed to survive for another 2,000 years, while the original Baal worshipers are all gone. Baal worshipers come back every few generations, but the Jews stay and, because of their obsessive focus on objective justice from a moral God, are indeed a light unto nations (even if the nations are too dumb to recognize that light for what it is).
