Do you know what your church is doing?
There is a basic premise that underlies my blog. I believe absolutely that Israel has the right to exist and that a dirty broth of anti-Semitism, anti-Americanism, Arab-Nationalism, Leftism, and anti-Democratic thinking is driving much of the animus directed at her. If you accept this premise and if you are a member of the Presbyterian Church USA, you may want to rethink your allegiance to that specific Church. While most of us have heard about the PC-USA’s divestment effort in 2004, it turns out that there is a whole lot more than silly, uninformed politics driving Church initatives.
